Turn around time
Our turn around time is up to 14 business days. Business days would include
( Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.)
We do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or state holidays. please be respectful of that as we have personal lives and responsibilities outside of this!
majority of our items are Hand Made so it takes us time to make and fulfill your orders.
Shipping time
Once your order as shipped you should receive it within 3-7 business days. We ship through USPS first class. Once your order is shied it is in USPS hands and I cannot control when it gets to you.
Lost Package
If your order says it was delivered, but you don't have it, please contact your local post office and they should be able to help you locate it. If they're not able to find it, please reach out to us Twistednturquoise@gmail.com
Wrong address
If you used the wrong address when ordering, resulting in you not getting your package that falls on YOU. I will not send you out another package, you will have to place another order.
International shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! However we are not responsible if it gets lost in transit.
